Delivery times shown are door-to-door calendar days from today — including factory pickup, sea transit, destination customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to your address.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost shown. These are charged by your country's customs authority on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. We clearly indicate duty rates for each country below.
Estimated arrival dates are calculated from today's date and displayed at checkout when you select your country.
We confirm your order and coordinate pickup from our China supplier. Each piece is inspected, photographed, and carefully packed for international transit.
Days 1–5Your furniture is transported to the Container Freight Station (CFS) at the port of origin, where it is loaded into a shared LCL container with other shipments.
Days 3–7The container sails from China to your destination port. Transit time depends on your country — ranging from 5 days (Hong Kong) to 40 days (East Coast USA). All shipments are fully insured.
5–40 days at seaYour container is deconsolidated at the destination port, passes through customs, and is delivered to your door by local last-mile carrier. You may need to pay import duties at this stage.
5–12 days to doorAll times shown are calendar days door-to-door from today. Rates are all-in estimates (origin handling + ocean freight + destination customs + last-mile delivery). Import duties are additional and paid by the buyer.
